I guess the system is low is the reason. It seems to me we would maybe be able to keep up better now that final is running close to 10 everyday if we were to goto the old pattern?? 2 shifts 4, 10 hour days with the ability to work 10.7 and a weekend crew that would run 3, 12 hour days or am I wrong in thinking this way? Also it would give maintenance a little down time in between the shifts to work on things. I really liked working on the old C Crew that was on the 3, 12's !

Calvin, the reason they say we cant right now is the u stacker.If they were to expand it they will be able to go back to the 3 12s, but who knows what they will do, with us loseing jobs everyday in paint they are going to have to change somthing, I am all for the old c-crew.

Rumor I hear is if we work 3-12s on c crew...it will be Fri/Sat/Sun.

Damn that would not be good at all! Guess it would have to be Fri., Sat. dayshift and Sunday nightshift?? I would still be all in on that. Why wouldnt they do it the old way of Fri. dayshift Sun.,Mon. nightshift?

I think they could if they had more room for the U's thats the problem I think, with out the big house running on Saturday they would not have room for us to run with the way things are now.

Or they could just not run any U's out of Body. It can be done pretty easily.
