Apples shipped but not yet removed from the basket total. Apple orders did increase slightly over last week. By next Monday we should clear out any apples in the basket left over from the last harvest. So by the beginning of March the number should be a true reflection of the current apple order.

last week ktpschd was explaining the order bank increases in relation to apples ready for harvest. That's it, nothing special.

I suppose someone coming into the conversation at the end would be befuddled with the apples analogy. Didn't mean to confuse anyone. Simply: There are 3 elements to the order bank. A) Unscheduled units - ordered but not started in body (150-200 status) B) Scheduled units - units started in body and in the plant (210-400 status) C) Shipped units - finished and off site (465 status)
A plus B minus C = Order bank
So when the plant is shut down (like the two days a few weeks ago for defective parts) nothing is shipped and not subtracted from A and B, making the order bank appear to grow more than it really is, since we are still receiving new orders. Is the order bank UP? YES!
Hope this clears up the confusion
