Friday at 11:30 am on my way out of the plant I was using the ATM by the double glass doors. Three management personel walked past and one of them walked over to the locker room door and slammed it open in an attempt to hit anyone who might be behind the door. I was busy with my ATM transaction and it took a moment to realize what I just saw. I work in body and have not seen any of them in body and they weren't wearing kevlar sleeves. All three had safety vests on and I assume they were going to a meeting up front. By his action this seemed to be a regular thing for him to do when walking up the hallway. This a-hole of a person was about 6' to 6'3" , brown hair, and a cocky attitude. The other two were shorter and seemed to be following along like lap dogs to their a-hole buddy. Anyone in the area around 11:30 I would appreciate it if you would watch to catch this piece of shit trying to hurt hourly people with the door to the locker room because it seemed to be something he does regularly to amuse his sorry ass. Thanks.

Come on, really? You never swung open a door or slammed one after getting all worked up? Poor guy just took a good chewing, you know? You really sound like the kind of guy who will never let a committee man walk by because you always have something to say? And what it someone drops a name on you for your A-hole? Write a grievance, get him fired... Oohhh Boy. You're a man with a mission, good luck to ya... I know, I know, blah blah blah. Keep talking.

And, you sir, sound like the type of guy who never misses an episode of America's Funniest Home Videos just so you can guffaw at the poor bloke who gets whacked in the nuts. Really? This violent type of behavior is acceptable to you, encouraged even? Typical......

If indeed it was R.M., then...the acorn didn't fall far from the tree...but anyone who has worked for either already knows this.

Ok, Ok, just something called Sarcasm... I would have been first in line to drop a dime on this guy... Especially to the Boss who hurt his little feeling to begin with. The phrase "remainder of shift" may have applied for an hourly guy... Hang em' High. But hey, gave this thread some hits huh?

My "MISSION" as you say, won't be write a grievance or whine to the union. I like to know who to watch for and piss off for the next 15 yrs or so, so that I can be a major pain in the ass to them. I don't get mad, I piss off a-holes I don"t like.
