"A" - AWOL - Does not count as compensated time.

"D" - DISCIPLINE - Does not count as compensated time.

"G" - Unpaid voluntary early-out(FLIP) - Counts as compensated time.

"J" - JURY DUTY - Counts as compensated time once documentation of Jury Duty is provided.

"L" - Late Arrival - Does not count as compensated time.

"M" - Medical Leave - Does not count as compensated time.

"N" - 40 Hour Balance out - Does not count as compensated time.

"O" - Regular Day Off - Not Applicable since it is to be used only for AWS and 7-Day Operators

"P" - Unpaid Personal - Does not count as compensated time.

"R" - Family Day Absence - Counts as compensated time.

"T" - Illness/Injury - Does not count as compensated time.

"U" - Unpaid Approved Leave/ Union Business leave - Approved Absences for Union Business coded 'U' is compensated time. All other 'U' Codes DO NOT count as compensated time.

"V" - Vacation - Counts as compensated time.

"X" - Other Absence - Does not count as compensated time.

"Y" - Overtime Refusal - Does not count as compensated time.

"Z" - Bereavement - Counts as compensated time once documentation of Bereavement is provided.

"1" - NJSOESC Approved Layoff - counts as compensated time

"2" - Authorized Strike - Does not count as compensated time.

"3" - Unauthorized Strike - Does not count as compensated time.

"4" - Layoff due to labor dispute (Ford location) - Does not count as compensated time.

"7" - Military Leave - Counts as compensated time once documentation of Military Leave is provided.

"9" - Vacation During Shutdown - Counts as compensated time.

"S" - Scheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"B" - Unscheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"H" - Unscheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"K" - Unscheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"Q" - Unscheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"W" - Unscheduled Layoff - Counts as compensated time.

"ER" - FMLA designated EAA - Counts as compensated time.

"MR" - FMLA Leave -- Employees own health condition - Does not count as compensated time.

"PR" - FMLA Absence - Does not count as scheduled time.

"TR" - FMLA Illness/Injury - Does not count as compensated time.

"UF" - FMLA Leave - Does not count as compensated time.

"UR" - FMLA - Does not count as compensated time.

"VR" - Vacation - Counts as compensated time.

I was E-coded a few times last year but didn`t see it on your list. Are they not using the E code anymore?? I haven`t been E-coded this year yet,

E-codes are excused days off IE your personal days. Yes, they do count towards your profit sharing.

I didn't see the "POS" code on there? I know we all have had one on our team at one time or another.... Oh, never mind, union brothers and all that, sorry.

Even though you were coded A for the day it's a partial Awol...so when they count how many A's you have it doesn't count against you. They only look at the 8 hr AWOL's

Be careful that POS code might be you one day or a family member you must care for
