After going through password reset hell for a week I'm finally back in. I'm sure I'll stay on top of things for about 6 weeks, then back to lockout.
A new password every 3 months seems excessive.

It is but most people don't know that you DO NOT have to only use one of the kiosks. You can check your paystub and change your password from ANY computer within the plant. I look at the reminder when I log on and usually change it at least two weeks prior to expiration. Personally I think we should be able to at least change our passwords from home. Hell my bank lets me do it and that is more sensitive info than my pay stub.
