Good post, but most of the time I see Ken Towery have similiar if not better sales. I usually find buy 3 get 1 free coupon on the back of my Kroger receipt. For me it's always been more convenient, too, to go to Ken Towery's. There are more locations that are convenient to me and generally I can get an appointment the next day. Also, they have $20 gift card when you bring in a gently used jacket around Christmas time. Once again, everybody's situation is different. I wonder if Louisville's Ford dealers are actually owned by Ford. I''m pretty sure they are independently ownded and operated.

This program has been around for over 3 years. Unless something has changed the program works like this: 1. Call 888-353-3251, obtain a PIN. One per Qtr Year, Active or Retiree eligible to obtain PIN. Can be used by anyone! 2. Ford Dealers always match then beat by $1 the competitors best price. The dealership must sell that brand/type of tire. This is standard. 3. You must add the competitors shipping costs for any online price matches. 4. Depending on the QTR and the brand of tires, discounts usually run 15-20% OFF OF THE MATCHED -$1 PRICE. Manufacture rebates still apply.
Yes, I've used the program.
Obviously, this beats Ken Towery by 15-20%. Why would you not buy from the Ford dealer? Would you want their employees to purchase Chevy's? Why not go a step further and purchase the brand Made in the USA by a Union workforce?
