My password is good, but I get a strange error message about a current web session being open, and I have to open a new browser window, then when I go on, I get a blank window....
Gotta love it....
Time to call in....

Not until 2pm. actually yur wrong, they changed it 10 am , a while back. i just filed online , just now , took 2 mins . you may want to try internet explorer , it works wth that one |

Thanks UI. The only way to file online is to use IE. What a joke. I have a MAC and never had a problem the past 2 years filing until now.

I'm using IE8, and it keeps telling me there is another session open........strange.
Called the number reedycreek gave me and it was a phone sex line........
But seriously, that number worked fine......why the new number? Why didn't the number on the UI form work.......?
WTF is wrong with me?

If you are using IE8 or IE9 and get the "other session open error" Try it again using compatibility mode and it should work. At least it did for me.

Neither the 866-291-2926 nor the number ReedyCreekBuc listed (877-369-5984) worked for me. The internet worked fine using IE 8.

This is a problem in Frankfort and we are hoping that the issue is correted by tomorrow. My wife called me this moring because we called on Sunday and the system said that is was being processed but when she called to check today, it was not. I spoke with the guys and it seems to be an issue with those that called on Sunday but we will know more tomorrow if this problem as been corrected, and what needs to happen next.

OKAY
Did my homework, switched IE 9 to compatibility mode to work with the pages that used to work with IE 7......like KY's UI website.
After switching to browser mode, the online claim went through just fine.
Thanks to all above......and thank's to Scott for this website, without which I'd be SOOOOOOOOOO in the dark.
