Calvin-I'm having the same problem as you are. I've called in it with no luck. I've tried the internet with no luck. Going to call in the morning to see what it says. My guess is that I will probably be calling Royce for help.

Filed by phone, assumed no problem
The reason I filed by phone was that the internet claim system was giving some sort of wierd browser error. I'd type in my social and password and then get taken directly to a blank screen.
And I'm on vacation this week.
What to do, what to do?
Called and there is no record of any claim being made......
Okay, changed IE to compatibility mode, refiled online and all is well.............

Calvin and ktp399 if you are still having issues call royce at 2369.
Scott put an alternate on for Royce so he can take care of issues that are still open, so he should be able to take care of it.

Where are you calling to confirm the claim?? 1-866-291-2926 - "service not available" recording and hangs up. 502-564-7456 - Has nothing to do with it and gives a 502-564-2900 phone number to call.
Wednesday, 3pm and still no check or confirmation.

There is a new phone number to call in for your benefits. It is (877) 369-5984.

I did call Royce. He will not call me back. I have given up on him and am trying to deal with the unemployment office directly. No luck yet getting hold of a person. :)I filed over the phone originally. Went through fine. :)When I was told that probably didn't work I filed online and that went fine. :(When I called to verify ( (877) 369-5984 ) it says I have no claim on file. ???Not really sure what to do, I filed online second time. Again it goes through fine. :-[Called to verify later in the day. Still know claim on file. :)I have called the union office the first thing Tues and Wed mornings. Was told to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. :(No one has called me back. :-/It may have went through. There is just no way for me to tell.

For future reference I am told after you file it you have to wait a full24 hrs before you can call back and it will tell you if it is being processed.

Done mine online yesterday call the new number to day no check has been issue went back online this morning to redo it, it wanted me to claim this week. What in the hell is going on with this?
