Hello Brothers and Sisters, Did you know the Home mortgage deduction is under attack? The gang of six which includes 3 Republicans and 3 Democrats want to eliminate the home mortgage interest deduction. They are: Republicans Saxby Chambliss, Mike Crapo and Tom Coburn and Democrats Kent Conrad, Dick Durbin and Mark Warner. What are these politicians thinking? Do they not realize this is the middle classes most important tax deduction? Do they not know that the housing market is in the gutter as it is? Do they not know that the housing market accounts for %15 of America's GDP? Do they not know that every new home built America creates 3 permanent full time jobs? They should also leave off trying to raise the cap on taxable social security earnings. Whatever you do today, please take 5 minutes and call them now. Call them now and at 202-225-3121 tell them to leave our home mortgage interest deduction alone. You can also visit www.savemymortgageinterestdeduction.com/showpage_details.aspx?showpageID=4379for more info. Scott W Govoni admin

There's a lot I would like to say about this but I'll just say this. Raising taxes isn't the answer, although reforming the tax code may be a good start. Jobs are the answer.good jobs are the answer, and noone dem or rep has ever taxed a job into existence . It's a fact.
