I would really hate for them to give us some notice. Our world's are supposed to revolve around Ford and Ford only - didn't you know that. They could care A less about your life or your plans or your family etc.....................

I've never seen this level of 'keeping the workers in the dark'...pitiful.
If I go by what I've seen, we ARE working...but very sad no one knows for sure.

I work at the Johnson Control plant in Warren and they told us April 30th is cancelled.

Heard that we will most likely be working Derby week. But, Bobnar is trying to get us 4 10's and off Oaks.

As you guys know its hard to post this stuff since as soon as you do it goes back the other way. But, as of today i believe it is very unlikely we will work the 30th. Lets say 95% sure we won't. But, again that is a change from what they wanted to do last week.
I am the one that posted that it was likely back on, hopign to give you guys some notice, i guess i should have left it alone.

lmao...something has to be done for the company to be able to schedule a sat, cancel the scheduled sat...put it back on...off...95% chance we won't work.
The whole idea of the company having this level of flexibility is not good for worker morale.
