I always felt the union should be run like the military where people in positions of importance were held to some kind of code of conduct and high moral standards. The unions in America are in BIG trouble right now and don't need to be led by people with a ton of personal baggage. I once suggested back home anyone running for office submit to drug testing. That's when I took over top spot on their shit-list.God help us in September!

I really dont care about his drunkin escapades as much as the piss poor job he is doing, pretty much giving In to everything the company asks for. Agreeing on 10.5 for super Saturdays and Sundays, agreeing on extending the launch mode, Etc. Does not seem to be doing anything to benefit us,Just letting the company do anything they want.

Looks like thy fearless leader may have had a little trouble in Hardin County & Breckinridge County. Sounds like the two pieces of the puzzle we always believed to be missing, at the memberships expense of course.
Still trying to weasel his way out of the late April charge by requesting a bullshit Discovery Meeting all the while Hard-Earned Union Funds just dwindle away.

So the "Turds For Brains" building chairman goes out & gets a DUI. It is originally listed as his 3rd DUI arrest (which means within 5 years) & also includes aggravating circumstances which stiffens the penalties of the DUI offender. The next thing we know is "Turds For Brains" is now facing a DUI first offense with "NO" aggravating circumstances. Well it appears that "Turds For Brains" got into some trouble in Hardin County & Breckinridge County & we can assume that those two run-ins with the law are the two DUI's that in world record time just happened to disappear from "Turds For Brains" arrest sheet. So when a concerned hard-working member of Local 862 asks about the status of the Local's Building Chairman, why does a Union Steward lie about that status? The Union went around stating that there was a mistake in "Turds For Brains" paperwork down at Metro Corrections, that it was his 1st Offense not his 3rd Offense. Now hear this Union!........BULLSHIT!!! The Mistake that was made was that "Turds For Brains" currently holds the title of Building Chairman & is the biggest mistake that Local 862 LAP has ever made in its entire existence. The members of Local 862 are hard-working people that want to do right for themselves & their families & they certainly don't deserve to be lied to & they certainly don't need the person occupying the highest position of their Union membership being arrested for very serious offenses. In fact it is quite pathetic & it's embarrassing to many members.If it weren't for the hard-working members there wouldn't be any less physical gravy positions for you two-faced elected piece of shit liars. So I suggest you stop lying to us! We're not as stupid as you think we are. We as members can only speculate where "Turds For Brains" is getting the funds to make his legal problems go away. The misuse of Union funds have been used before to get elected officials out of trouble. Is it happening with this situation too? Members of Local 862, I'm here to tell you that "Turds For Brains" legal problems aren't going away cheap & the membership will ultimately pay the price in many ways. The abuse & mistreatment of the membership NEEDS to stop & stop now! The lack of Leadership, the lack of Trust, the lack of Integrity & the lack of Solidarity is polluting a great hard-working Local Membership. We deserve Better! We deserve Change! In all honesty there are lots of ways to move/launder money. Lots of financial secretaries go to jail on a daily basis. Ever see how the UAW credit cards are calculated on the monthly finance sheet?
