Multiplier should be $4.47. $9300 sharing divided by 2080 hours worked (based on a 40hr week), havent seen one of those since i started, that equals 4.47.

That is not how the multiplier is determined. Then do explain how it is different. And show your work please. This is just an example! Numbers do not reflect this year's earnings! Number of Participants with > / = 1,850 Compensated Hours = 35,000 Number of Participants with < 1,850 Compensated Hours = 16,000 Avg. Compensated Hours for Participants with < 1,850 Compensated Hours = 1,200 Eligible Profit Share Amount - $6,900 Total Compensated Hours = 105 million Total Profit Sharing Fund = (35,000 * $6,900) + (16,000 * $6,900 * (1,200) / 1,850)) = $313,110,811 Profit Share Per Compensated Hour = $313.1million / 105 million hours = $2.982/ hour Employee A – 2,400 Compensated Hours * $2.982 = $7,157 Employee B – 1,850 Compensated Hours * $2.982 = $5,517 Employee C – 800 Compensated Hours * $2.982 = $2,386

So it would not be split this way.

Not sure what I was expecting...it's never enough, is it? I would like to see the gross amount since I put some in TESPHE, but what was deposited into my account isn't too shabby.

So did anyone get the $9300 the news was bragging about? I worked alot of overtime and didnt hit it. I'll assume overtime hours are not considered compensated hours.

C crew body .OT every day..8856..Liars! News made it seem like 9300 for a normal full time employee. Needed to work 6 days a week to get the "average"! Thats not $1 for every million, have to live in the plant to get the $1 per million, what a joke! Guess all my overtime hours aren't included, just the normal pay hours, what's the point
