Funny thing is SUPPOSEDLY we are in a bad way(USA economy) but ,I hear and see where big company’s are hiring people.Ford,G.E,UPS,Airport,Toyota, etc..I know small businesses and restaurants are suffering but How are these Cos hiring If nobody has the money to buy a 85,000$ truck?I can actually say I don’t k ow one person that’s out of work.Remember I graduated from Valley.LMAO

You don't always get what you want in the big boy grown up world. You might have to just get used to a world without participation trophies. This contract was an improvement for the temps compared to the last one, so it's pretty clear that you don't have a clue, sorry. Just so you know, the company has used temps for decades now, except in the 90s they'd lay them off after 89 days. The situation for temps has improved tremendously since then. If you weren't so young and inexperienced you'd be aware of that. |

They tried to catch people on break tho, and team leaders. So they did make some effort to reach out to the people within the constraints that the company legally imposed. So instead of bitching about things you don't understand, why not complain to the company that limited their interactions instead? Or the NLRB. That'd be a good start. Hopefully you voted at least, but considering the shit turnout, you probably didn't. |
