There is nobody taking up for HBO anymore what is going on.Look at all the people around him he has put in power and what they believe in.
This man is on his way to ending our country as we know it.Change will happen in 2010 for sure I just hope this Dumb ass can be stopped.He is going to go down in history as the worst president we have ever had.

He is such an idiot with his silly attempts at fighting the insurance and medical giant lobbyists that rule our government, how stupid can he be what a fool. What was he thinking!? Trying to prevent people that have had their homes foreclosed on due to medical problems from dying simply because they cannot afford the over priced meds they need. Its never a good idea to go up against a corporate goliath like FOX news owners either he was bound to be attacked. Yeah, he's probably the most terrible president ever for trying to help people.

Well, he is still campaigning...look at all the votes that he picked up on that junket to Europe and the Middle East. And he got to kneel before the King of Saudi Arabia and bow to Japan's emperor, completing a childhood dream. Maybe next trip he can feel comfortable enough to visit Mecca and complete his spiritual journey.
He has tripled the supply of money. Of course it is worth about 30% of what it was before he was elected. But look at how much Kool Aide we can all afford now !!
He managed to collect almost a half million dollars in delinquent taxes just by attempting to appoint people to positions in his administration. Been awhile since anyone managed a performance like that.
The Beloved Leader has lots of miracles in his pocket. Just ask one of his acolytes, if they haven't scraped his sticker off their car's bumper yet...LOL

i think marcus main lines the kool aid..i have 2 freinds who lost everything because of medical bills..and sadly one even lost the child that incurred the bills..3 freinds have lost their hhouses because of lay offs or downsizing..i dont think im unusual most people i know, know several people in these situations..people that have always worked and paid their bills...and now they need help there is nothing wrong with being able to get help from your government if you need it before you lose everything..i would hate to have to decide if im gonna take my kid to the dr or pay my electric this month and i know people who do that...this is a real problem in america whether people with jobs and insurance think it is or not, i think some people who post on this site dont have a clue as to what goes on in many hard working tax paying homes all across this country

Ask those that are laid off, "what would you rather have a JOB or Heath Insurance" and then find out where the Democrats priorities are.....and that is where the problem lies...

(Our friends in Washington no longer want to make laws that allow and encourage us to be free. On the contrary, they want to take care of us. All the name of a redefined liberty--liberty from responsibility). That's not the only way to think about it. On the contrary, I would suggest that by taking away from citizens the obligation to care for their necessities, the government encourages us to be irresponsible. That has been the tragedy of Washington hand outs since the New Deal.
Cass Sunstein, President Obama's regulatory czar, suggests that government ought to nudge people to do the right thing. But what incentive do people have to be responsible when Washington takes away from the people the obligation to care for themselves? Charity ought to be as local as possible(church, adobt a child, etc..)--that way it can be specific, and, hopefully, reduce the "narcotic" effects of it (to use FDR's term for the dangers of hand outs by government). When our national government (it is hardly a federal government any more) pays our medical bills, it almost inevitably will encourage us to exercise and eat right by law. That's not something I'm looking forward to.

Many, if not all of President Obama's budget problems were handed to him by the previous administration and should not be expected to be eliminated overnight. President Obama's main mission has been to create National Health care with hopes of giving affordable health care to all. He is not interested in giving more wealth to insurance executives like Bush did for his oil and defense contractor buddies. President Obama is doing something for this country that has been talked about for over 60 years and has been adopted by every industrial nation but ours. First off I never said that I knew you. Secondly, Why is it funny to call The President of the United States of America "HBO"? Where did you hear that he has outspent all other Presidents combined? I call B.S. on that one. Bush doubled the nation's debt from 5 trillion to ten trillion in 8 years. Are you trying to tell me that President Obama has spent at least $10 trillion in his first 10 months? I don't think so. At it's highest estimate, National healthcare price tag is going to cost $1 trillion over 10 years not trillions of dollars. What is wealthy? President has talked of rescinding Bush's tax cuts for those earning more than $250,000 as an individual. This does not effect anyone I know. Nobody can pull troops out Iraq overnight but I believe that it will be sooner rather than later.

In his first year of Presidency he has spent more than the last 2 Presidents, but that almost always happens. This nations financial predicament is tied directly to the cost of Health Care, we spend more money on that than anything else. It is true every other civilized country has a government run Heath program to protect its citizens that cannot afford it.
