At least being at KTP I'll have the option to keep working or not. I don't see that being an option at lap in 4 years. I could be wrong but who knows |

LAP has been going downhill for a while. It is total chaos out there all the time and nobody wants to work in a chaotic environment. At times it appears as though they couldn't run a two man show! Plus, you can't ever get a day off. Another thing, the neighborhood where the plant is located is declining. When I go to the local gas station down the road I'm not comfortable anymore, unsavory looking characters. Some folks live closer to KTP and want to cut down on their drive. There's all kinds of reasons.
