GM won?No more 8 yrs for workers like you.Is that a loss?Broke?They lost 3000$ they get 6600 bucks.Id take a month off with pay PLUS 3600$ to boot.GM lost 2 billion dollars.Id say it will pass.Sad about plants closing but those peeps will relocate just like they’ve all done here. If you looked at the contract they didn't end 8 years. It will still take 8 from when I started to get top pay. Only new hirees are going to get a 4 year progression. To be honest it’s all speculation for US,we don’t have a contract yet and to think Ford will change just because GM did is foolish on your part.Bet money Ford won’t give on temps.Read what you wrote here?You think a guy with 4 yrs seniority is getting top pay and you have to wait 8???It state’s ALL new workers will make over 32$ an hour in four years.SMMFH

In progression with 4 or fewer yrs in get a bigger pay jump on the next raise and get the 3% raise every other Sept, but still don't top out for 4 more yrs.

Yep like I said last contract.Contracts are 4 yrs not 8 ,so why put any trust past 4 yrs?
