I know what you're saying but people did lose their jobs permanently. No it didn't happen like what you're saying but it happened. People took buyouts and like I said thankfully the union was able to negotiate that. Fords workforce has reduced drastically from the early 2000's. You think they all retired or transferred? A lot of them took buyouts. Some of the higher seniority people could have transferred instead of taking the buyout but that would have just trickled down to forcing lower seniority people to taking a buyout.

Sure thing 👊🏿..It’s a NO for me ..Like I stated we could tell our union we don’t want a DIME and Ford would still close the plants they want to close.Has ZERO to do with this contract

I'm like you I can retire in a few years if I want. I haven't decided yet on what I'm gonna do. When I do I won't look back at all this bullshit & my kids will never work here.

everyone is in it for what? What are you really voting yes for a quick check? It’s sad... that’s why no one fights for us when a majority don’t even fight for our selves. We shouldn’t settle for this when they can do and will do better. We just have to make them do better. An the comedians are all with them. They settled... because they knew it’d be that easy..

Local 600 (Dearborn) are the one's that are going to screw us over imo. It's not gonna be a blowout No or Yes vote here. A lot of people saying they are voting yes. Last contract I don't know anyone that voted yes. Its different with this contract I know more people voting yes than no

I'll be shocked if half of our local show to vote By the time it gets to us there won’t be a need to vote. Unless the no votes are within 2500 our local won’t matter. Probably why it’s set up the way it is. You would have different outcomes if everyone voted the same day

Exactly. Why wouldn’t we all vote at the same time/day.?

We're voting at the same time local 600 is,I think. 2 big locals right there but I think it will pass still. I actually think our local will pass it...barely tho

Right BUT we are not ALL voting on the same date. Thus results can be altered if need be.Just a thought due to the events that’s happening with our organization
