Decent turnout Thursday morning after B crew shift. Id love for Ford to make a huge list of peoples names that didn't vote and post it throughout the plant and on social media.

Idk what this would prove?. Just because you dont vote, doesn't mean u cant voice your opinion. It's not the same as saying u dont like pizza,if u have never had it. You hear the facts and u have your opinion on the matter. Idk if I'm even going to waste my time to vote,if I go,its a YES from me. But it looks like it will pass without me doing anything,just like last contact. You will not get what you want out of Ford,the ship sailed long ago people. And I have seen ford superior's watch cameras on their computer monitors,idk what area it was,but I have seen it first hand,and from what I was told any supervisor can look up the monitor feeds,from their desk. |

Monitor feeds of cross transfers, two strands, tunnels etc. Not individual work stations. If cameras were installed to monitor individual work stations KTP electricians would know about this as they would more than likely do all the install work.

I'm not* for publishing a list to demonize those people who choose not to vote. However, I respectfully disagree with you on the subject of "just because you dont vote, doesnt mean u cant voice your opinion". I mean.. yeah you can voice it.. but it is void in my book. If somebody doesnt vote that means it wasnt a priority to them plain and simple. If it isnt a priority then you shouldnt care what happens either way. Hoping this turns out like 2016 when the silent majority rose up and got Trump elected when EVERY pole said otherwise. |

Ford Motor Co. use the signing bonus as a tool to get yes VOTES right. Well we need to propose to our Union, if you don't vote you don't get the signing bonus.Or get a small portion of it. I don't care if it's a yes or no vote. But its sad the percentage of people who take time. I know the holidays are around the corner, we also need our contract to end early in the year. Also let's clean house up in Detroit.

Never understood why the union canât walk around with a laptop and each person has a code (mailed to their home ) and just login with code and hit yes/no.That way 90% of the folks would vote.If they say no â I donât want to voteâthatâs fine too.
